Spacious rooms with excellent amenities

The location was a huge plus, within walking distance to Toyota Arena. I would like to see more attention paid to the breakfast options, as they could use a bit more variety.

We would recommend it. Thoroughly enjoyed our good sized and beautiful rooms, plus the staff was helpful. The venue was in a central location short walk to many shopping areas and activities, the Toyota Arena, and stores and restaurants❤

We had such a fun family trip! The kids loved the easy access to K1 Speed and the Toyota Arena for a show. The breakfast spread was excellent, and we were grateful to have a kitchenette in our room, made meals easy.

In my wife's opinion, a play area for young kids would be great.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the tasteful decor. Conveniently, the hotel is within walking distance to the Toyota Arena. Breakfast included freshly baked croissants, a good touch to start the day. The pool area was a bit small and crowded during peak hours, and we didn't find much variety in the breakfast selection as we hoped.

Absolutely loved the outdoor vibe at Eureka restaurant! The local eats really set us up for culinary adventure, especially diving into that mouthwatering smoked meat. The room was spacious too-definitely reminded me of our own little sanctuary for the two nights we stayed.

A cheeky snag was the sofa bed-no linens when we checked in. I rang up twice and got left hanging.

I was frustrated with the lack of basic service . The front desk was unresponsive when I asked for towels and didn't refresh the room at all, despite removing the do not disturb signs. This negligence was great.

Solid shower pressure and a well-equipped kitchenette provided a nice touch for a comfortable stay. The proximity to nearby attractions like K1 Speed and Toyota Arena made it easy to find entertainment during downtime.

One major hiccup involved the lack of linens for the sofa bed, despite multiple calls to the front desk. Breakfast options left much to be desired, as the selections were slim and not refreshed. A shortage of luggage trolleys during check-in made navigating bags a bit of a hassle, unexpected for a place of this caliber.

We loved the fresh vibe in the lobby and enjoyed nearby attractions like K1 Speed and Toyota Arena. The food was great, and we appreciated the clean rooms. Just a heads up, the ice box in the mini fridge was a bonus!

Free parking, proximity to Toyota Arena, and the adjacent restaurant Eureka added convenience. the facilities, including the gym and outdoor sitting area, were well-maintained and appealing.
